Mark became a golf professional in 1990, playing the Nike Tour and other mini-tours. His first club professional job was at Congressional Country Club in 1992. He became the teaching professional at Rolling Road Golf Club in 1993, and joined the Suburban Club staff in 1997.
Blake grew up in Baltimore, MD, and his passion for turf management began while working on the grounds crew at Woodholme Country Club in high school. After graduating from Gilman Blake earned his B.S. in Agronomy from the University of Maryland. While attending UMD Blake worked summer internships on golf courses in Maryland, South Carolina, Arizona and New York. After graduating he worked as the Assistant Superintendent at Country Club of Maryland in Towson, MD and Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria, VA. Blake was hired as the Golf Course Superintendent at The Suburban Club in 2005. Blake enjoys spending time with friends and family, following the local sports teams and unwinding at a family cabin in Pennsylvania.
David grew up in Corriganville, MD where he worked on the grounds crew at Cumberland Country Club while in high school. David earned his B.S. in Plant Science from the University of Maryland and interned at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Upon graduating David was hired as the 2nd Assistant Superintendent at Hillendale Country Club. After two years at Hillendale CC David was hired as the Spray Technician at Baltimore Country Club. David was hired as an Assistant Superintendent at The Suburban Club in 2016. In his free time David enjoys hiking with his wife, Jen, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, watching dirt track racing and iRacing.
